My journey didn’t begin with success, it began with struggle.

I lost my dad when I was just four. Raised by a single mom who worked tirelessly, I was constantly searching for stability, affirmation, and belonging. That search led me into the wrong crowd early. By fifth grade, I was using drugs. Each summer, though, I’d spend time with my uncle in Mission Beach, California. He was successful, intentional, and present—exactly the role model I needed. Those visits gave me a glimpse of what life could be.

At 17, my uncle sent me to a Christian surf camp.

That week changed everything. I encountered God in a real way and gave my life to Christ. But even with newfound faith, life didn’t smooth out. Not long after, I got mono, suffered a post-viral crash, and was in a car accident that left me bedridden at just 105 pounds. It was a rock-bottom moment—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

And yet, that’s where the rebuild began.

Getting healthy again led me to the gym. And the gym led me to purpose.

I was working out one day when a manager noticed something in me. He shared his vision for who I could become in this industry—and I said yes. I got certified and started coaching.

Three months into the job, one of my first clients lost 30 pounds and hit her goal weight. Later, the management team told me she had left a note that said:

“Your belief kept me from giving up on everything.”

That sentence changed my life.

I realized transformation wasn’t just physical, it was mental, relational, and spiritual. So while I continued coaching bodies, I began studying the whole person.

I earned a B.A. in Religion from Vanguard University and an M.A. in Theology (Leadership & Pastoral Care) from Biola University. All while testing every performance habit, mindset framework, and behavior protocol I could get my hands on.

Fast forward 20+ years…

I’ve now coached over 1,000 high-demand individuals, athletes, entrepreneurs, and executives through weight loss, burnout, and leadership ceilings. And the pattern is always the same:

  1. Pressure creates performance.

  2. Health multiplies impact.

  3. Accountability sustains both.

Why I built Living Zoi

Most programs skip the two levers that matter:

Personalized pressure
Holistic stewardship

Living Zoi starts with a 2-Day Immersion to expose blind spots, then runs The 98 Game, 12 weeks of calibrated accountability, until new habits become your default operating system.

Because when your body, mind, and spirit align, the impossible becomes inevitable.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a calling.
When your energy scales with your mission, families change.
Teams transform.
And Kingdom impact compounds.

If you’re done running on empty and ready to lead at full capacity. Let’s build the framework that makes it inevitable.
